1. Booking & Reservations

By making a reservation at Water Pavilion, you enter into a binding agreement with us. All bookings require a valid email address, phone number, and a deposit or credit card pre-authorization to secure the reservation. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 14:00 hours onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-out Time: By 12:00 hours. Late check-out requests must be coordinated with the reception and are subject to room availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in case of a no-show, will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay. Special promotional rates may have stricter cancellation terms.

4. Guest Responsibility & House Rules

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to our house guidelines:

• Smoking: Water Pavilion is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited and subject to cleaning fines.
• Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 07:00 to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Mobile Money (M-Pesa), and bank transfers. All rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless specified otherwise.
